Payment

Payment is made through Paypal; you do not need to have an account at
Paypal. Purchasing will go through momtazbh@hotmail.com PayPal address.

Delivery Information

UK

Free delivery is available in the UK only and this is included in the price. We will ship your goods by the most appropriate method, most likely via Royal Mail. Most goods
will be delivered within 7 working days. If we anticipate a delay beyond this, we will inform you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Outside UK

If you would like a delivery shipped outside of the UK please email editor@craftandtravel.com with the destination country and you’ll be sent a Paypal link with an amended price to cover postage costs. The fee for all products includes packaging but postage outside of the UK is not covered. 

Returns Policy

Returns are not possible on books that have been signed by the author with a personal message – for example the inclusion of someone’s name.

In order for us to process any other returns you must obtain a Return authority number. This will enable us to book in your product and enable us to deal with the matter promptly. We do not accept any items without a return authority number as we cannot guarantee a turn around time on these items. It is your responsibility to obtain this from us.

No Fault Returns

The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ in their original packaging. You
must notify us within 14 days from date of delivery and it will be your
responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk via
an insured traceable method. Goods received back in any condition other
than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you with you paying all return
charges.

No fault Returns where you have ordered an item and wish to exchange
item for the same type number with be done at full goods valve. We
cannot offer any refund of carriage costs.

Faulty Returns: 

A product is deemed to be ‘dead on arrival’ if it is damaged when
its first taken out of the envelope. In such instances please contact us
within 7 days from the delivery date. You will need to send us a
photograph of the damage for us for evaluate. If it is found to be
damaged we will provide a Returns Number for you to send it back to us.
Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault by our
technicians, you will be sent a replacement.

There are no returns available for electronic downloads.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this
website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms
and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of
these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy
for future reference.

1. Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions (Terms), the following words and phrases
shall have the following meanings:
“The Buyer” means the person, firm or company who purchases the Goods
from the Company:
included in this term also includes “Consumer” means an individual
acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s
trade, business, craft or profession; “trader” means a person acting for
purposes relating to that person’s trade, business, craft or profession,
whether acting personally or through another person acting in the
trader’s name or on the trader’s behalf.
The “Company” means Momtaz Begum-Hossain (Momtazbh).
“Contract” means the contract between the Company and the
Buyer/Consumer/Trader which shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms;
“Goods” means any goods agreed in the contract to be supplied by the
Company to the Buyer/
Consumer/Trader. Contract is, In these Terms, a reference to any statute
or statutory provision shall be construed as a reference to such statute
or statutory provision as amended, modified, re-enacted or replaced from
time-to-time.

2. The Contract
The Contract shall be on these terms to the exclusion of all other terms
and conditions, including any such terms and conditions that are
purported to be included or applied by the Buyer.

3. Delivery and availability
Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are
intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of
the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.

All products and services are subject to availability and maybe
withdrawn at any time.

4. Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition, you must make
a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and it will be your
responsibility to inform us within 3 days from delivery. You must keep
all original packaging and this must be made available for the carrier’s
representative to inspect. We will abide by the carrier’s decision.

Shortages: You are responsible for signing for the correct number of
packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any
shortages must be noted on the consignment note, and it will be your
responsibility to notify us in writing within three days from delivery.

Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us in writing of
any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days from delivery.
Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be
liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss
of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay
in the delivery of the Goods.

5. Risk in and Ownership of the Goods
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery.

6. Payment and price
Payment in full is required prior to dispatch and delivery of the goods.
We accept most major Credit Card and Debit Card payments through Paypal.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of
the subject matter of the Contract shall not exceed the value of the
Goods purchased and the Company shall under no circumstances be liable
to the Buyer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or
damages.

8. Force Majeure
If either party is subject to an event of Force Majeure, that is
circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited
to war, fire, industrial disputes or civil commotion, it shall notify
the other and the first party’s obligations under these Terms shall be
suspended until it notifies the other party of the end of such event of
Force Majeure.

9. General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order
goods through this website you must be at least 16 years of age and
accept a delivery within the UK.

We reserve the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be severed from these Terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
